Sponsorship Policy & Terms

Last Updated: December 2025. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your sponsorship.

1. Program Overview

The Swapnachura Sponsorship Program is designed to gather structured support for our initiatives in education, health, and rural development in Bengal. By becoming a sponsor, you agree to support the organization for the selected tenure (6 months or 1 year).

2. Digital Consent & Paperless Agreement

Important for Remote Sponsors

To minimize administrative costs and environmental impact, Swapnachura utilizes a Digital Consent model.

  • By checking the "I Agree" box during the payment process, you digitally sign this agreement.
  • The digital receipt sent to your email serves as the official proof of sponsorship and contract.
  • No physical signature is required for contributions under ₹50,000 unless specifically requested.

3. Benefits & Recognition Fulfillment

Swapnachura is committed to providing the recognition outlined in your selected tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum).

  • Website Listings: Updated within 7 working days of payment.
  • Banners & Posters: Logos will be included in the next scheduled printing cycle for events/campaigns.
  • Video Credits: Applied to videos produced after the sponsorship start date.

Note: We reserve the right to decline sponsorship from entities that conflict with our NGO's ethical values.

4. Payment & Tax Exemption

Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card. Swapnachura is a registered NGO.

Tax Benefits: If applicable, 80G receipts will be generated and emailed to the registered email address within 30 days of the transaction. Please ensure your PAN details are provided correctly during payment.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Sponsorships are generally non-refundable as funds are immediately allocated to ongoing projects. However, if a payment was made in error, please contact us at Contact@swapnachura within 48 hours.
